Our founding story
Built on decades in search.
After decades working in executive search, founder Wilko Grievink kept seeing the same problem. The quality of an assignment depended on the consultant’s experience, methodology and personal knowledge, while the software rarely reflected how the work actually happened.
Knowledge was spread across databases, spreadsheets, documents and inboxes. Time went into finding, copying, updating and coordinating information instead of understanding clients, reading markets and building relationships.
The development of AI opened a different possibility: technology designed around the whole search process. That insight became the foundation of Seleva.
The product vision
One connected way to work.
The ambition is to connect the full workflow: opportunity identification and business development, client intake and briefing, market mapping, company and candidate research, assignment management, communication and marketing.
The aim is to help firms retain their methodology and knowledge, reduce repetitive work and handle more assignments without a matching increase in costs or headcount. Higher quality, greater speed and lower cost are the objectives that guide development.
